The crazy thing is the japanese are allowed to sell dvds like this but they must censor the genitalia. Also: Good job japanese girls have abortions like they scrape gum off a shoe.

I actually read somewhere that the censoring was somehow tied to the privately own rating/regulatory bodies, not directly by the government. This was ages ago, so I don’t remember the details.
But basically the idea is these private companies have decided they won’t rate videos that show genitals, and no video shop will stock videos that haven’t been rated.
I’m sure I’m getting all the details wrong. There’d probably be more accurate information on the other end of a Google search tho. 🙂
